Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA / MSW with specialization in CSR, Industrial Safety or HR
• Excellent written & spoken communication skill in English
• Strong discipline and independent working capability
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative outlook
• Knowledge of managing digital / social media marketing, Google adwords, SEO & SEM, facebook, linkedin, twitter etc.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the concept built around the Social Compliance, Health & Safety to the targeted industrial production houses in the middle to senior management level.
• Planning & implementing promotional campaigns on social media.
• Creating periodic mailer & newsletters.
• Evaluating company website periodically & initiating changes / updates.
• Publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Executing lead generation campaigns, measuring results by effective reporting
• Coordinate with various NGOs working on the subject of Child Labour, Women Safety at workplace & Environment in the industry
