Requirements:

MSW / Graduate with specialization in CSR, Industrial Safety or HR
Knowledge and interpretation of local industrial laws, Fire protection, Environment, IH&S and labor laws
Familiar with textile and large goods production processes
Excellent written & spoken communication skill in English, Kannada and Tamil languages
Strong discipline and ethical working capability
Good computer skills in using Microsoft suite & usual communication software / tools.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate as a link between the company head office and various factories around south of India for CSR and Health & Safety Compliance
Coordinate with various NGOs working on the subject of Child Labour, Women Safety at workplace and Environment in the industry
